The Twisted Bakery is a small bakery in Dickinson, ND that opened in 2002. We carried a wide variety of breads, cookies, bars, and pastries. After being in business for a little while we recieved a customer request to start making gluten free products. We started with only white bread and slowly started to add more as customers requested it. It took only a few years to realize that our gluten free products were unique... A customer told us, "It's not to often you find something gluten free that taste this good, I can hardly tell."
We soon went from just white bread and expanded into herb bread, chocolate chip and sugar cookies, muffins, brownies, and kuchen. After attending a national celiac conference in Green Bay, WI, many customers requested that we make dry mixes rather than just baked and frozen products. When you put a challenge before The Twisted Bakery, we will go out of our way to make it.
We proudly use Tom Sawyer Gluten Free Flour in some of our mixes, as well as Gluten Free Oats in our Oatmeal Raisin Cookies. We have a dry mix line of 20 assorted products, 19 in our baked and frozen line. To top it all off, you can find our product in 17 different states! Check out the Stores We're In link. Or order from our website and we'll ship it UPS.
